NEW LOOK
SENIOR DIGITAL DESIGNER
APRIL’17 - JULY’18
In this role, I managed a team of three junior designers and mentored them through New Look’s development program. I oversaw the business-as-usual (BAU) aspects of New Look's digital design, ensuring that briefs were completed on time and aligned with printed assets for window displays and point of sale (POS).
I collaborated with the trade and content teams to create design briefs for engaging homepage wireframes and fully responsive marketing emails. Additionally, I worked closely with UX, UI, and development teams to design responsive wireframes that enhanced the customer journey.
By implementing engaging features on the site, I facilitated a seamless transition for customers from the homepage and seasonal campaigns to product landing pages and ultimately to the checkout process.
COLLECTIVE APPAREL
MENSWEAR DESIGNER
JULY ‘12 - DECEMBER ’13
I was fully responsible for designing collections for three high-street menswear accounts. From the initial concept to final production, I created various print collections and maintained strong relationships with buyers, clients, and factories. This ensured that all requirements were met within specific cost parameters and adhered to the highest quality standards.
My work involved designing a range of items, including illustrations, all-over prints, placement prints, sublimation prints, appliqués, and jacquards. I also developed and presented new CAD designs for t-shirts, polos, and sweatshirts. Furthermore, I conducted store assessments and explored new materials and printing techniques to consistently deliver fresh and innovative collections.
