New Look Marketing Emails
Working in close collaboration with the CRM team at New Look, I oversaw the coordination of content creation, copywriting, and design for engaging marketing emails sent to a database of approximately 2 million customers. By experimenting with various layouts, design elements, and tones of voice, I developed multiple templates tailored to different segments of their audience, including their core demographic, menswear, curves, and teens. This streamlined the briefing process for junior staff members and led to quicker approval times, resulting in higher engagement levels and an increase in revenue, open rates, and click-through rates.
