I collaborated closely with the CRM team at New Look to manage the content creation, copywriting, and design of engaging marketing emails sent to a database of approximately 2 million customers. By experimenting with various layouts, design elements, and tones of voice, I developed multiple templates tailored to different audience segments, including womenswear, menswear, curves, and teens. This approach streamlined the briefing process for junior staff members and resulted in quicker approval times. As a result, we saw higher engagement levels, increased revenue, and improved open and click-through rates.
